Disabled sway, icon still shows in apps


Disabling Sway ensures that no one in your organization can authenticate and use Sway with their organizational credentials. To disable Sway as you mentioned, we can enter Office 365 admin center > SERVICE SETTINGS > Sway > Sway > off. However, disabling Sway will not remove the Sway title from the Office 365 app picker or home page. More details can be found in this article: Administrator settings for Sway.

How to reset an Office 365 install to the initial activation/install state

1.   Remove Office 365 license for Subscription based installs (not Shared Computer Licensing scenarios): To remove the Office 365 license, you must run two cscript command lines. The command lines are:         A.
